A cap isn't a flat shirt. The panel curves, a seam runs down the middle and the hoop leaves less room. We digitize every cap file by hand for that shape, so your logo sews centered, flat and readable.
Cap digitizing, also called hat digitizing, turns your logo into an embroidery file made for a cap's front panel. The cap is held on a cap frame, the fabric is under tension and the panel bends as it sews. That calls for different sequencing, underlay and compensation than a flat shirt. Auto-digitizing software doesn't account for any of it, so every cap file we make is digitized by hand.
